After assessing your condition, Dr. He will explain the treatment approach that best fits your needs. Your care may include acupuncture, therapeutic massage, cupping, herbal medicine, moxibustion, or a personalized combination of therapies.
You can expect clear communication throughout your visit and the opportunity to ask questions before treatment begins.

Acupuncture is a holistic practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that enhances the body's natural healing and self-repair processes. By stimulating specific points on the body, acupuncture interacts with connective tissue, helping to regulate communication between the brain and the rest of the body. This "bio-hack" taps into the body’s own mechanisms to restore balance and promote homeostasis, making it effective for a wide range of conditions. While modern science continues to uncover exactly how acupuncture works, its positive effects on pain relief, inflammation, and overall wellness are well-documented.

Acupuncture needles are incredibly thin—much finer than what most people expect. In fact, you could fit about 40 acupuncture needles into a single vaccine needle! Because they’re so delicate, many people feel little to no sensation when they’re inserted, while others might experience a brief pinch or a tingling sensation, especially at more sensitive points. Everyone’s experience is unique, and certain areas may feel "spicier" than others. Our goal is to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible, adjusting the pace and technique to suit your needs.
